  1. Introducing : CID-ToolBox 2.01

  4.      CID ToolBox is an add-on for any TG sysop running Jon Fletcher's
  5. CallCheck program.  CID ToolBox does the following and more!  and best of all
  6. its fast, efficient, highly tested, and VERY easy to install...
  7.  
  8. Features avaliable since version 1.0 :
  9. ──────────────────────────────────────

  11. - Confirms users are calling via the # they gave the system
  12. - If another number is detected, it tells users about it
  13. - Auto-validate new users to normal users if their phone numbers match
  14.  
  15. New in version 2.0 :

  18. - Full external configuration file which allows the sysop to set how the
  19.   program should run.
  20. - External user database which maintains calling records.  This makes sure
  21.   that no two users are using the same number.
  22. - Togglable dupe checking.  If turned on, the external database searching is
  23.   active and works accordingly.
  24. - Togglable don't search database.
  25. - Don't search dataBase is an external text file which the sysop can add
  26.   user names, phone numbers or user ID numbers which the system shouldn't
  27.   scan.
  28. - Now if the data number doesn't match, the voice number is scanned.  If the
  29.   number matches, the user is allowed to the system after a message is passed
  30.   on to them telling them what they should do.
  31. - Now before the system hangs up due to not matching the DATA/VOICE numbers,
  32.   out of area numbers, or duplicate numbers, the user gets to post a message
  33.   to the sysop first.
  34. - Better, internal log routines.  Now the program output professional log
  35.   files which the sysop can use to spot any bad users, or any troubles with
  36.   the program.

  41. - CIDUtil is now in alpha stages.  It will allow the sysop to view/edit the
  42.   offline user database.  It will also allow you to add/remove/edit user
  43.   accounts in the DataBase, and much more!
